Nous recherchons pour ce leader européen en crédit management, un Team Manager (H/F). ✅ Vos missions sont : - Gérer une équipe de 18 chargé(e)s de médiation financière ( amaiable et judiciaire), - Proposer un management de proximité en fédérant l'équipe vers des objectifs clairs. - Gérer l'aspect administratif (suivi des heures, gestion des objectifs, reporting ), - Répartir les tâches, animer et suivre les actions ( traiter les incidents, gérer les flux d'activité…) - Etre en relation directe avec les clients ( B to B). ✅ Votre profil : - Vous avez des qualités managériales avec un Bac+2/5 dans la relation clients, - Vous connaissez le domaine du recouvrement, du Credit Management, - Vous avez une 1ère expérience de manager de proximité, idéalement sur un plateau, - Vous nous apportez votre leadership, votre sens de l'écoute et votre disponibilité. - Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Pack Office, CRM ). ✅ Au sein de ce groupe européen, nous vous offrons : - un CDI en 35 h ou en 37 h avec des RTT. - dans une société avec des valeurs humaines et sociales, - un salaire selon profil (36/41 K€) composé d'un fixe et d'un variable, - dans un environnement de travail agréable, - des Tickets Restaurant, - du télétravail : 2 jours par semaine et des horaires flexibles.
