Rejoignez la famille SALOMON Nous recherchons un Store Manager H/F en CDI pour notre magasin Salomon Sportstyle, situé dans le Marais (Paris 03). En tant que Store Manager H/F, vous avez pour enjeux de recruter et manager une équipe performante afin de garantir : - L'atteinte des objectifs définis - La bonne exécution des standards de la marque - L'Excellence Opérationnelle - Une Expérience Client optimale et inoubliable pour nos clients Animé(e) par la volonté de proposer une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients puristes, vous garantissez le plus haut niveau d'Expérience Client et incarnez la vision de la marque, tout en accompagnant l'Assistant Store Manager et les équipes dans leur développement personnel et professionnel. Vos principales responsabilités : Leadership - Motiver et inspirer l'équipe en partageant la vision de Salomon, et surtout celle liée à nos gammes Sportstyle - Gérer tous les aspects du magasin : équipe, opérations, finances et clients, afin d'obtenir des résultats performants - Disposer d'excellentes capacités de communication et d'une capacité avérée à interagir efficacement avec le top management. Communauté Sportstyle & Experience client - Développer la performance grâce à une relation client personnalisée et à une forte sensibilité commerciale - Coacher l'équipe et s'assurer qu'elle comprenne la communauté et les besoins des clients afin de leur offrir un service de haute qualité - Être présent sur la surface de vente, en interaction avec les clients et l'équipe, et impulser les bonnes pratiques par l'exemplarité Opérations - Gérer efficacement les stocks et inventaires pour répondre aux besoins du marché et des clients - Être garant(e) du bon respect des normes de sécurité au sein du store - Animer la performance client à travers le suivi du NPS, le développement de la base clients, l'optimisation du taux de conversion et l'analyse du ROI des événements. Ventes et finances - Piloter le P&L et les KPI Retail conformément au budget et aux prévisions - Mettre en place un programme de prévention des pertes Management - Construire et faire évoluer une équipe experte, capable d'incarner le storytelling de la marque et une forte culture lifestyle. - Motiver et inspirer l'équipe en partageant une vision et une mission engageantes - Collaborer avec l'ASM afin d'assurer un onboarding complet et des formations adaptées - Soutenir activement le développement de carrière de l'équipe
