CPA Partner, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en finance, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un groupe international de retail et produits de luxe en forte croissance (présence européenne, développement international en cours, chiffre d'affaires européen entre 20 et 50 M€), un(e) General Accountant en CDI à Paris. Dans un contexte de structuration et de réinternalisation de la fonction finance en Europe, le poste est créé pour renforcer l'équipe et accompagner une forte trajectoire de croissance. Vos missions : - Assurer la tenue comptable complète de plusieurs entités européennes (France, UK, Italie) en normes IFRS - Gérer les opérations courantes : factures fournisseurs, banques, rapprochements, paiements et contrôle des dépenses - Piloter les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, y compris les écritures d'inventaire et intercos - Produire et analyser les états comptables, balances et reportings - Prendre en charge la fiscalité courante (TVA, taxes locales, CIT en préparation) - Coordonner les échanges avec les partenaires externes (experts-comptables, fiscalistes) - Participer à l'internalisation et à l'amélioration des processus comptables et fiscaux - Accompagner la DAF Europe sur des analyses ad hoc et projets transverses - Contribuer à la structuration d'une organisation finance encore peu formalisée Votre profil : - Formation supérieure en comptabilité, finance ou audit - Expérience de 5 à 6 ans en comptabilité générale, idéalement avec un passage en cabinet puis en entreprise - Environnement multi-entités et international apprécié - Bonne maîtrise des clôtures, de la fiscalité courante et des normes comptables - À l'aise dans des contextes en forte évolution, peu structurés - Autonome, réactif(ve), force de proposition, avec une vraie capacité à structurer - Capacité à travailler en binôme avec une DAF et à gérer la pression - Anglais courant requis - Maîtrise d'un ERP (NetSuite apprécié) Poste offrant une forte exposition, un rôle de bras droit de la DAF Europe et de réelles perspectives d'évolution dans un groupe en croissance rapide. Télétravail possible (1 jour/semaine).
