Vos missions : En tant que Juriste / Legal Counsel H/F, vous aurez un périmètre d'intervention polyvalent, transverse et à fort enjeu. Vous reporterez directement à la responsable juridique. Vos responsabilités : - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la responsable juridique afin de garantir la conformité de l'entreprise avec l'ensemble des lois et réglementations applicables, en France comme dans les autres pays où notre client sera amené à se développer. - Mettre en oeuvre toute action pertinente pour prévenir les risques de contentieux et collaborer avec la responsable juridique en cas de litige. - Être la personne référente pour la rédaction et la revue de contrats couvrant l'ensemble des activités: salariés, freelances, partenaires marchands, fournisseurs, conditions générales, etc. - En coordination avec la responsable juridique, le DPO et l'équipe Produit, renforcer la conformité RGPD en intégrant les principes de privacy by design et en améliorant les processus existants (registre des traitements, politique de confidentialité, routines de sécurité informatique). - Assurer un suivi rigoureux de l'ensemble des sujets de droit des sociétés : attributions et exercices de BSPCE, assemblées générales, conseils d'administration, gestion de la table de capitalisation. - En lien avec la responsable juridique et des conseils externes, garantir une gestion solide de la propriété intellectuelle (noms de domaine, marques, veille concurrentielle). - Accompagner la responsable juridique sur les aspects juridiques liés à l'expansion internationale, en particulier aux États-Unis, où notre client est déjà présent.
