Piloter et structurer le pôle support d'un Data Center, garantir la qualité de service délivrée aux équipes internes et aux clients, superviser la gestion des incidents, l'analyse des performances opérationnelles et la production de tableaux de bord avancés sous Power BI. Le Responsable Pôle Support est le référent de la performance opérationnelle, du reporting, et de la coordination des activités support au sein du Data Center. 2. Responsabilités & Activités clés A. Management & Structuration du Pôle Support Encadrer et animer l'équipe support (support opérationnel, coordination technique, back-office). Définir les processus internes : gestion des tickets, priorisation, escalade, communication client. Mettre en place les KPI opérationnels et les standards de qualité de service (SLA, OLA). Piloter la montée en compétence de l'équipe et organiser les formations. B. Pilotage opérationnel & coordination Data Center Superviser les demandes clients, incidents, changements et maintenances planifiées. Garantir la coordination avec les équipes CVC, Énergie, Sécurité, IT, Réseau, Exploitation. Assurer la cohérence entre interventions, procédures et niveaux de criticité Data Center (zones IT, salles blanches, salles techniques). Participer à la planification des opérations critiques (MOP, EOP, SOP). C. Reporting, Data Analysis & Power BI Développer et automatiser les tableaux de bord via Power BI : disponibilité équipements, suivi incidents, performance énergétique (PUE), capacité IT, activité support (tickets, SLA). Centraliser et fiabiliser les données provenant des outils internes (CMMS, BMS/GTB, DCIM). Fournir des analyses permettant d'optimiser la performance opérationnelle. Produire les rapports hebdomadaires/mensuels à destination du management et des clients. D. Qualité de service & amélioration continue Suivre la qualité de service support et garantir le respect des SLA. Identifier les axes d'amélioration (réduction du backlog, automatisation, standardisation). Piloter les plans d'actions d'amélioration continue (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). Contribuer à la documentation technique : processus, procédures, guides opérationnels. E. Relation client & communication Être le point de contact privilégié pour les escalades support. Animer les réunions d'avancement et comités de suivi avec les clients. Présenter les indicateurs de performance et plans d'actions. Assurer une communication proactive en cas d'incident majeur.
