Vos missions : En tant que stagiaire dans nos équipes Media, vous contribuerez aux initiatives d’analyse, de search et d’activation media tout en développant vos compétences stratégiques et techniques. - Campagnes & performance : suivre les campagnes paid search et performance, exécuter des tests A/B, proposer des optimisations (bids, budgets, rotations créatives). - Analytics & mesure : construire et maintenir des dashboards (Excel, Power BI/Tableau), réaliser des analyses GA4, participer à des études d’attribution et extraire des recommandations actionnables. - Opérations médias & activation (missions Media Generalist) : aider au trafficking des assets, participer à l’exécution des achats media (search, programmatique, social), QA des setups, gestion du tagging (GTM) et vérification des flux créatifs. - Coordonnation avec les équipes : Brand Marketing, Paid Media, Insights, Tech et agences ; préparer des synthèses post-campagne et participer à des sessions de montée en compétences. Votre profil - Vous êtes étudiant en Master, en année de césure ou stage de fin d’études - Vous parlez couramment anglais ou français - Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'univers du media et avez un esprit analytique - Vous êtes pro-actif, curieux, rigoureux et organisé. Vous avez le sens de l’analyse et de la synthèse. Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et reconnu pour votre créativité. Au-delà des compétences techniques, nous recherchons avant tout des personnalités avec un fort potentiel, un esprit entrepreneurial et la capacité à faire bouger les lignes. Your Missions: A Day in the Life You’ll join one of our cross-division Media teams, reporting to a Media Manager or Head of Media. As an intern, you’ll support campaign performance, measurement and search initiatives across several brands, gaining broad exposure to media strategy and analytics in a global company. - Campaign & Performance: Monitor paid search and performance campaigns, support A/B tests, implement basic optimizations to bids, budgets and creative rotations. - Analytics & Measurement: Build and maintain dashboards (Excel, Power BI/Tableau), run GA4 analyses, support attribution studies and surface actionable insights for brand teams. - Media Operations & Activation (Media Generalist missions): Assist trafficking of assets, support media buy execution (paid search, programmatic, social), QA campaign setups, manage ad tagging (GTM) and ensure seamless feed & creative delivery. - Collaboration & Growth: Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Paid Media, Insights, Tech and Agencies; prepare media summaries, participate in post-campaign reviews and dedicated learning sessions. Your Profile - You are a Master's student, on a gap year, or in your final internship year. - You are fluent in English or French, as you will be evolving within an international team. - You are passionate about Media strategies, and you have an analytical mindset. - You are proactive, curious, rigorous, and organized. You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent communication abilities, and are recognized for your creativity. - Beyond technical skills, we are primarily seeking individuals with strong potential, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
