You will report to Ludovic, our Workplace Manager, and you will partner closely with a lot of different internal and external stakeholders. **‍‍ As a Workplace Assistant (6 months internship) at Qonto, you will** - **Manage day-to-day operations, building relationships** with providers and overseeing tasks. - Handle mail sorting and **manage relationships with suppliers**. - **Respond to requests from Qontoers** and redirect them to the appropriate parties. - ** Conduct onboarding sessions** for new hires. - **Support the events team** in setting up for various activities. **What you can expect** - **A dynamic, fast-paced working environment** with varied tasks. - A role that **connects you with all teams within the company**. - The opportunity to work with a **friendly, appreciative, and supportive team**. - A full-time position **based in Paris**. **About your future manager** Ludovic is committed to supporting you and ensuring the smooth running of the office. With a background in operations and a knack for problem-solving, he will provide guidance and support as you navigate your role. **About You** - You had a first internship/experience which allowed you to deal with multitasking and managing multiple projects at once. - You excel in organization and have a keen eye for detail. - You have a service-oriented attitude and potentially a first experience in a customer-facing role. - You are proficient with tech tools and proactive. - You are fluent in English.**Perks** A laptop.
