CPA Partner, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en finance, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un cabinet d'audit et de conseil international de premier rang, un/une Analyste ou Associate Transaction Services à Paris en CDI. Au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, vous interviendrez sur des missions de due diligence sell et buy side small / mid cap pour des clients fonds et corporates le plus souvent avec une dimension internationale. Vos missions : Sous la supervision des managers et associés de la practice Transaction Services, vous interviendrez sur des missions de sécurisation d'opérations de hauts de bilan : - Audit acquisition (revue de VDD, DD buy side, ) - Assistance à la cession (VDD, vendor assistance, ) - Revue indépendante et investigations spécifiques (BFR, trésorerie, BP, ) Votre profil : - Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +5 obtenu au sein d'une école de commerce, d'une école d'ingénieur, d'un cursus universitaire, etc. - Vous avez une première expérience de 1 à 2 ans en Transaction Services small-mid cap - Vous avez de solides compétences en comptabilité et analyse financière - Vous faites preuve d'un esprit entrepreneurial, d'un fort esprit d'équipe et d'un très bon relationnel - Vous avez un excellent niveau d'anglais (oral et écrit)
