En rejoignant les équipes du Revenue Management & Pricing, vous serez au cœur du réacteur de la stratégie commerciale de notre Groupe avec un rôle crucial : Définir etpiloter la stratégie Pricing du groupe Air France - KLM sur votre portefeuille demarchés. En moyenne, nous parlons de plusieurs centaines de millions € de revenus annuels dont vous aurez la responsabilité. Votre mission au quotidien : Vous définirez la stratégie tarifaire à moyen et long terme : • en analysant et en suivant la performance grâce à de nombreux indicateurs dont notamment : chiffre d’affaires, parts de marché, comportements d’achat. • en définissant l’ensemble des produits tarifaires permettant de couvrir les segments de clientèle clé (ex : loisirs, affaires) sur l’ensemble de nos canaux de distribution (ex : agences de voyages, site web), et pour chaque cabine de voyage. Vous assurerez notre compétitivité tarifaire : • en déployant de nombreux leviers et actions tactiques: ajustement des niveaux tarifaires et conditions associées (ex : conditions de changement ou remboursement), initiation de campagnes promotionnelles. Vous occuperez un rôle de management fonctionnel auprès des analystes de la distribution tarifaire : • en fournissant des instructions claires sur les tarifs pour l’ensemble de nos canaux de distribution; en définissant le cadre d’exécution pour la veille concurrentielle. Vous participerez à de nombreux projets stratégiques, transverses au RevenueManagement & Pricing et en lien avec d’autres départements : par exemple : lancement d’une nouvelle cabine, stimulation de la cible loisirs en cabine business, partenariat avec d’autres compagnies aériennes.
