In just 4 years, we have: Deployed 550 stations and 2,000+ fast‑charging points Secured thousands of future stations across Europe Opened offices in several European countries Raised over €750 M from leading investors and institutions Joined French Tech Next40 and won European Scale‑up of the Year 2024 Grown to a team of 240+ talented people… and we’re just getting started Your Mission Pricing is a strategic lever at Electra. It directly impacts driver experience, competitiveness and economic performance. As Senior Pricing Manager, you will design and deploy Electra’s pricing strategy across Europe. You will work closely with Product, Data, Energy, Finance and local Market teams to ensure that pricing is fair, transparent and aligned with our growth and efficiency goals. Your Responsibilities Build and lead Electra’s multi‑country pricing strategy Build our offers (per‑kWh, per‑minute, subscriptions, peak/off‑peak, dynamic pricing, etc.) Work hand in hand with an applied scientist to design, test and measure pricing scenarios and experiments Integrate energy and grid costs to balance performance and accessibility Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Energy and Finance teams Support local teams during deployment and communicate pricing clearly Act as the pricing reference point within the Electra organization Your Profile 7+ years of experience in pricing Strong analytical skills Ability to structure and communicate complex decisions clearly Experience in a multi‑country or multi‑offer environment is a plus Fluent in English (French or another European language is a plus) Nice to Have Experience in EV charging, energy markets, or utilities Built dynamic or rules‑based pricing at site/SKU level, including surge/peak logic Experience implementing pricing governance across multiple countries What Electra Offers You Strategic role with high ownership and real impact International, collaborative and mission‑driven team Hybrid work model + central Paris office Competitive compensation and benefits (Swile, additional leave, etc.) Equal Opportunity Even if your profile doesn’t match every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
