COOP-TIME recherche pour son client, une société indépendante innovante en solutions de dette privée, son/sa futur(e) Chief of Staff (H/F), basé à Annecy, Pourquoi les rejoindre ? - Rejoignez une structure agile et ambitieuse, positionnée sur des solutions de financement innovantes pour les opérateurs immobiliers. - Participez directement à la stratégie de structuration, diversification et croissance des activités. - Devenez le bras droit du dirigeant, dans un rôle central mêlant vision stratégique, exécution et transformation. - Intégrez une entreprise en développement, avec une forte exposition décisionnelle et un impact direct sur l'évolution du modèle. LES MISSIONS : En véritable bras droit du dirigeant et business partner, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le pilotage opérationnel et stratégique de l'entreprise. Vos missions couvriront notamment : - Assister le dirigeant dans ses activités stratégiques, de pilotage et d'organisation. - Suivre le portefeuille d'investissements en dette privée. - Structurer et rédiger les information memorandums des dossiers de dette privée. - Assurer une veille active sur les opportunités de marché et contribuer au développement de nouveaux projets. - Contribuer aux projets liés à la conformité réglementaire. - Déployer des outils de suivi de l'activité, optimiser les processus internes et accompagner l'implémentation de solutions IA. - Suivre les participations minoritaires et activités de diversification. (Liste non exhaustive) ‍ PROFIL RECHERCHE : - Expérience minimum 5 ans en fonds d'investissement, société de gestion, conseil financier ou M&A. - Excellente compréhension des mécanismes financiers, idéalement avec appétence pour l'immobilier. - Capacité à rédiger et présenter des analyses claires - excellente communication écrite et orale. - Esprit d'initiative, capacité à être force de proposition et à faire naître des opportunités - Fiabilité, discrétion, autonomie et sens de l'organisation. - Force de proposition, capacité à générer des opportunités et à initier des projets. - Anglais courant.
