**We are looking for our next **R&D Manager Sportstyle W/F** in order to**:
Supervise a team and steer operational actions aimed at developing the product, in terms of anticipation/development (concepts, innovation), industrial (network/sourcing), technological and pattern (volume/fit) aspects to ensure that the category's objectives are achieved in compliance with cost, performance and deadline targets.

**Main activities**
- Supervise a team of Product Developers and pattern makers. Organise the allocation of staff to different projects according to complexity levels and workload.
- Define and manage development plans and schedules.
- Participate in workload coordination meetings with the other team leaders: progress reports, workload adjustments, refocusing according to discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the various departments to monitor the progress of projects, from the drafting of the first operating range to the start of production.
- Anticipate, identify and quantify risks and opportunities and propose solutions.
- Disseminate to contributors and line managers the information necessary for the smooth running of projects.
- Manage and lead corrective plans up to the qualification of the product(s)
- Manage and lead meetings.
- Anticipating, identifying and communicating to the intellectual property department, the key elements and details enabling the legal protection of its products.
- Build, propose and manage your budget according to projects, costs and investments.
- Adapting the organisation, processes (I2P), schedules and tools in order to promote the continuous improvement of the team's efficiency and the development of individuals.

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) _**_Responsable Développement Sportstyle H/F_**_ afin de :_**
- Superviser une équipe et piloter les actions opérationnelles visant à l’élaboration du produit, sur les aspects anticipation / développement (concepts, innovation), industriels (réseau / sourcing), technologiques et patronage (volume/ Fit) en lien avec les objectifs de la catégorie dans le respect et cible coût, performance, délais._

**_ Activités principales :_**
- _ Superviser une équipe de Développeurs Produit et Patronniers, organiser la répartition des collaborateurs sur les différents projets en fonction des niveaux de complexité et de la charge_
- _ Définir et piloter les plans et plannings de développement_
- _ Participer aux réunions de coordination de la charge avec les autres responsables d’équipe : point d’avancement, ajustement de charge, recadrage en fonction des écarts_
- _ Collaborer avec les différents services pour suivre l’avancement des projets, de l’ébauche de la première gamme opératoire jusqu’à la mise en production_
- _ Anticiper, identifier et quantifier les risques, les opportunités et proposer des solutions_
- _ Diffuser auprès des contributeurs et hiérarchiques les informations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des projets_
- _ Piloter et conduire les plans correctifs jusqu'à la qualification du ou des produit(s)_
- _ Piloter et animer les réunions_
- _ Anticiper, identifier et communiquer au département de la protection intellectuelle, les éléments et détails clés permettant la protection juridique de ses produits_
- _ Construire, proposer et gérer son budget en fonction des projets, frais et investissements_
- _ Adapter l’organisation, les Process (I2P), les Plannings, les outils afin de favoriser l’amélioration permanente de l’efficacité de l’équipe et le développement des individus._

**Qualifications**
- **Needed work experience **:5 years experience in a similar position in the fashion industry or sports industry
- ** Education**: 5 years degree
- ** Foreign Languages**:

- English : fluent
- French: professional skills or eagger to learn new languages
- ** IT skills**:

- Mastering Office Package
- Mastering Product Lifecycle Management Software
- ** Other skills**:

- Knowledge of materials, têxtiles
- Knowledge of production technics
- Knowledge of footwear is a plus
- Knowledge of the intellectual protection universe is a plus
