We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to play a key role in delivering this transformation on the ground. If you enjoy coordinating complex projects, working with international stakeholders, and ensuring things actually happen — this role is for you. Your mission You will support the rollout of EV charging point installations across multiple European sites, acting as the glue between procurement, vendors, contractors, execution teams, and safety stakeholders. Your focus? ✔️ Making sure the right equipment arrives at the right time ✔️ Ensuring contractors are fully compliant and ready to work ✔️ Keeping projects moving, safely and efficiently ⚙️ What you will do : Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination - Track delivery schedules for key EV infrastructure equipment (HV substations, AC & DC chargers) - Coordinate closely with suppliers after Purchase Order issuance - Anticipate and escalate delivery risks or delays before they become problems - Maintain clear, centralized tracking of orders, deliveries, and site readiness - Align procurement timelines with on-site execution plans Contractor Compliance & Safety (Avetta) - Own the end-to-end contractor compliance process via Avetta WorkSite Safety - Ensure suppliers and workers meet all compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements - Manage work requests, RAMS submissions, permits, and site inductions - Act as a key interface between Procurement, EHS teams, and external contractors - Keep compliance documentation clean, complete, and audit-ready Project Coordination - Support cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners - Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple sites - Provide clear status updates on logistics, compliance, and project progress - Support site access and permit-to-work processes What we're looking for : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or similar - 3-5 years' experience in project coordination, supply chain, or contractor management - Fluent English (additional European languages are a strong plus) - Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment - Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Project, and project tracking tools - Experience with compliance platforms (Avetta is a big plus) - Clear communicator, structured thinker, and proactive problem solver ⭐ Nice to have - Experience in electrical infrastructure, construction, or EV-related projects - Familiarity with safety and contractor compliance processes - Experience working on multi-site or international programs Why join this project?
