Encadré(e) par des Leaders expérimentés, vous interviendrez sur les axes clés de notre offre : - Stratégie : définir une vision, lancer de nouveaux modèles économiques. - Design : imaginer et cadrer des projets de transformation (services, produits). - Performance : améliorer la performance omnicanale. - Développement commercial : identifier de nouvelles opportunités clients et élaborer les propositions commerciales. Vous serez notamment amené(e) à travailler sur les enjeux suivants : - Définition de nouvelles orientations stratégiques, positionnement et développement de nouvelles offres et services. - Conception de stratégies digitales et refonte des expériences clients (parcours utilisateur, omnicanalité, exploitation des données). - Pilotage de projets digitaux (développement de plateformes, animation de studios digitaux, digital marketing, refonte de sites web).
