Le pôle EPM : Nos 150 Experts EPM interviennent partout dans le monde sur la mise en oeuvre de projet de transformation de la fonction Finance : Enterprise Performance Management (du budget à l'analyse financière), Finance Technology & Innovation (tirer partie des innovations en matière de robotisation, d'IA ou de nouvelles technologies) et Business & IT Consulting (de l'accompagnement métier au choix d'outils). Nous proposons également un accompagnement Conseil & AMOA auprès des directions métiers avec de la stratégie, du pilotage de projets, du conseil et de l'expertise technologique, la conduite du changement et le management de transition. Nos use cases métiers sont variés : Finance, RH, Marketing, Ventes, & Supply Chain, associés à notre expertise technique sur Anaplan, Board, Pigment, Oracle EPM Cloud, Jedox & TM1 Planning Analytics. Votre rôle de Expert EPM Pigment sur nos projets : Au sein d'une équipe projet PIGMENT et accompagné par un chef de projet EPM, vos principales missions sont : 1. Analyse & cadrage fonctionnel - Mener des ateliers de découverte pour comprendre les processus existants (budget, forecasting, consolidation, reporting). - Rédiger les besoins fonctionnels et techniques. - Cartographier l'écosystème cible Pigment : architecture, connecteurs, sécurité. 2. Conception & modélisation Pigment - Modéliser les structures de données et paramétrer les applications. - Automatiser les flux d'import/export. - Définir les bonnes pratiques de conception et de modélisation. 3. Déploiement & intégration - Mettre en place le Test&Deploy. - Assurer l'interopérabilité avec les systèmes (ERP, Datawarehouse, BI). - Piloter la mise en production : tests unitaires, utilisateurs, mise en ligne. 4. Formation & conduite du changement - Former les utilisateurs clés sur la prise en main des applications Pigment. - Créer des supports pédagogiques (guides, tutoriels, FAQ). - Accompagner l'adoption et promouvoir l'appropriation de la plateforme. 5. Support & évolution - Support fonctionnel et technique après déploiement. - Évolution des applications ou des solutions : nouveaux use-cases, intégration des nouvelles fonctionnalités. - Capitalisation : retours d'expérience, amélioration continue. 6.
