To support our subsidiary's growth, we are looking for an Business Transformation and Operational Excellence Analyst.

About the Role
Are you a driven young professional looking to launch your international career with a high-impact role? We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager (VIE) to join our US Division. This unique position acts as a strategic catalyst, supporting functional leads in designing and executing transformational initiatives across the entire organization. Your Responsibilities You will provide critical support to accelerate our most important strategic goals. Your missions will include:
* Analysis & Research: Conducting deep-dive research and analytics to support decision-making.
* Tool Implementation: Creating and launching new operational tools to improve efficiency.
* Project Management: Leading and tracking key initiatives from conception to execution.
* Governance: Designing, documenting, and auditing new policies, procedures, and work instructions. Example projects you may work on:
* Identifying and prioritizing candidates for new US Dealerships.
* Developing framework agreements for the Dealership network.
* Establishing data-driven processes for Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) on key quality issues.
* Creating standard KPI templates and maintaining the "Obeya" room for functional performance tracking. What You Will Gain (Development & Benefits) This VIE is a fast-track for professional development. You will:
