Nous recherchons un Business Development Representative (BDR) expérimenté pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale en pleine structuration. Vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans le développement du portefeuille clients, l'optimisation du cycle de vente et la mise en place de process commerciaux efficaces. Vos missions principales : - Identifier et qualifier de nouveaux leads via le cold calling, l'e-mailing et le social selling - Comprendre les besoins spécifiques des prospects et leur proposer une solution adaptée - Assurer le suivi complet du cycle de vente jusqu'à la signature - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction commerciale sur la stratégie d'acquisition - Participer à la rédaction d'offres commerciales percutantes - Préparer l'encadrement d'une future équipe de vente, à moyen terme
