Rôle : Le Contract Support (CS) est essentiel au bon fonctionnement des contrats de Facility Management. En collaboration avec le Contract Manager, il veille à l'excellence opérationnelle des services fournis. Il maîtrise le modèle commercial et le périmètre des services, coordonnant les activités des comptes sous sa responsabilité tout en répondant aux besoins des clients dans le respect des normes de qualité. Missions principales : * Assistance administrative & opérationnelle : * Premier point de contact pour le Contract Manager et les clients. * Gestion des réclamations clients et coordination des ressources. * Gestion des Workflow et outils internes : * Administration des systèmes (GMAO, ERP, etc.). * Planification et suivi des interventions préventives et curatives. * Administration Financière : * Gestion budgétaire et suivi des dépenses. * Traitement des commandes et factures, relance des impayés. * Gestion des comptes clients : * Production de reportings et tableaux de bord. * Formation des équipes aux bonnes pratiques. * Coordination des fournisseurs : * Suivi des travaux et gestion des factures. * Ressources Humaines : * Support dans la gestion des heures et onboarding.
