Au sein de la Direction de Marché Europe du Sud et Afrique, vous rejoignez l'équipe Programme en tant que véritable consultant interne. Votre rôle est stratégique : vous accompagnez les équipes commerciales pour transformer les besoins clients en solutions techniques, organisationnelles et opérationnelles concrètes et innovantes. Expert système et chef d'orchestre des phases de Bid et Pursue, vous êtes le garant de la faisabilité, de la rentabilité et de la pérennité des solutions proposées sur l'ensemble de nos domaines d'activité. Vos Missions : l'Architecture et le Pilotage : Rattaché(e) au Directeur Programme, vos responsabilités s'articulent autour de trois axes majeurs : 1\. Conseil et Conception de Solutions : - Analyser et synthétiser les besoins techniques et opérationnels des clients. - Définir l'architecture globale des solutions (infrastructure, maintenance, support) en intégrant parfois des sous-ensembles tiers pour maximiser la valeur ajoutée. - Créer des modèles de solutions standards et des outils d'analyse pour optimiser la réactivité de l'entreprise. 2\. Pilotage de l'Avant-Vente (Bid Management) : - Coordonner les réponses aux appels d'offres complexes en mobilisant les experts internes (Produits, Service, Technique). - Réaliser le chiffrage complet et garantir la cohérence technico-commerciale des offres. - Défendre vos propositions lors de soutenances en totale autonomie face aux clients. 3\. Support et Déploiement : - Préparer et piloter les démonstrations techniques et les tests. - Assurer l'interface entre la phase de vente et le lancement du programme pour garantir un déploiement sans couture. - Contribuer à l'analyse de la concurrence et à l'amélioration continue via les retours d'expérience (REX).
