Missions, équipe et environnement de travail, ça donne quoi ? Vous rejoindrez une équipe spécialisée en financement immobilier, intervenant sur des opérations de dette immobilière en Europe, au cœur des décisions d’investissement sur des actifs réels. Vos missions en tant que Stagiaire Analyste Dette Immobilière H/F : * Participer à l’analyse d’opérations de dette immobilière en Europe, couvrant différents secteurs (bureaux, commerces, hôtellerie, résidentiel, logistique) et instruments (prêts, obligations, titrisation). * Réaliser des analyses financières et immobilières approfondies, incluant la création de modèles de flux de trésorerie et de valorisation pour simuler différents scénarios. * Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers d’investissement, notamment par la rédaction de notes pour les comités d’investissement, la réalisation de due diligences et l’assistance auclosingdes opérations. * Produire des analyses d’entreprises immobilières, de sponsors ou de locataires, ainsi que des notes thématiques visant à renforcer la connaissance sectorielle de l’équipe. * Assister les gérants et gérantes dans la gestion et le suivi des portefeuilles, incluant la performance, la gestion de trésorerie, lereportingclient et le suivi des demandes des emprunteurs et partenaires. * Participer aux réflexions stratégiques de l’équipe, en analysant l’adéquation des stratégiesd’investissementavec les conditions de marché. Êtes-vous notre prochain ou prochaine Stagiaire Analyste Dette Immobilière H/F ? * Vous préparez un diplôme BAC+4/5 reconnu RNCP en école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire. * Vous avez une spécialisation en immobilier ou finance immobilière. * Vous avez une première expérience en institution financière ou dans une entreprise du secteur immobilier. * Votre niveau en Français et en Anglais est courant. * Vous maitrisez les outils du Pack Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et Powerpoint), notamment pour la modélisation financière. Votre adaptabilité, votre capacité à collaborer et analyser seront des atouts essentiels.
