Rattaché(e) à la DRH, vous accompagnez la Direction des Ressources Humaines et les directions opérationnelles, tout en pilotant et faisant monter en compétences une équipe de 2 HR Business Partners. Missions : Manager et accompagner les HR Business Partners Être un partenaire RH de référence pour la DRH et les directeurs opérationnels Conseiller sur les sujets RH, sociaux et disciplinaires Piloter les projets RH groupe (entretiens, formation, engagement) Superviser l'administration du personnel et la paie Profil recherché : Bac +5 idéalement (RH / école de commerce) Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en RH, avec management d'équipe Forte orientation business et terrain Leadership, autonomie, posture de conseil Mobilité requise Conditions : CDI - Statut cadre 39h (sans RTT, pas de télétravail) Rémunération : 55 à 70 KEUR brut/an Tickets restaurant
