Notre client vous offre l'opportunité de donner un nouvel élan à votre carrière Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez Piloter et encadrer les techniciens sur site (fixe et diffus) Assurer un support technique de haut niveau (brûleurs, CPCU, vapeur basse pression, régulation, hydraulique) Être un interlocuteur clé avec les conseils syndicaux et syndics Optimiser et améliorer les installations Gérer et organiser : suivi des équipes, reporting, entretiens annuels, gestion des outils numériques Intervenir en maintenance & dépannage CVC : analyse des interventions, identification des pièces à remplacer Respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité Participer aux astreintes pour garantir la continuité du service Le profil idéal ? C'est vous Expert CVC avec une maîtrise des technologies brûleurs, CPCU, vapeur basse pression, l'électromécanique & les cartes de régulation. Leader né(e) : vous aimez manager, former et accompagner vos équipes Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) : vous savez prioriser et structurer vos missions Aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle : communication fluide avec clients et équipes Curieux(se) et ouvert(e) aux nouvelles technologies (formations possibles sur climatisation, solaire, etc.) Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
