Finalité du poste Sous le rattachement direct de la DRH du Groupe Limagrain et le management fonctionnel du Head of Territory Europe - Limagrain Field Seeds, vous définissez et pilotez la stratégie RH pour Limagrain Field Seeds en Europe (20 pays, 1 800 collaborateurs). En tant que membre du Comité de Direction Europe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'efficacité organisationnelle, le développement des talents, la transformation culturelle et l'engagement des collaborateurs pour soutenir une croissance durable.Vos Missions * Leadership stratégique : Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie RH alignée sur la vision du Groupe et les priorités business. * Opérations RH : Superviser l'ensemble des activités RH (recrutement, gestion des talents, rémunération & avantages, relations sociales, conformité). * Transformation culturelle : Promouvoir la diversité et l'inclusion, renforcer l'engagement et piloter les initiatives de changement. * Management d'équipe : Encadrer et développer l'équipe RH Europe (8 collaborateurs directs), en garantissant agilité et performance. * Performance & conformité : Suivre les indicateurs, optimiser les processus RH et assurer le respect des réglementations locales et des politiques Groupe. * Dialogue social : Maintenir des relations sociales positives et gérer les négociations avec les instances représentatives du personnel. * Communication & sécurité : Soutenir la communication interne et renforcer la culture sécurité dans l'organisation. Les missions décrites ci-dessus constituent les principales responsabilités du poste. Elles ne sont pas exhaustives et peuvent évoluer selon les besoins de l'entreprise.
