Dans le cadre de l'expansion continue de nos activités dans le secteur, nous recherchons un(e) Cost Manager/ Ingenieur Etude de prix spécialisé(e) MEP/ CSA pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion des coûts a Paris. Vous accompagnerez nos clients industriels dans la réussite de leurs projets complexes, en assurant une maîtrise budgétaire et une optimisation des coûts à chaque étape. Vos responsabilités - Réaliser les estimations financières du projet, de la faisabilité aux phases avancées (APS, APD, PRO). - Établir et présenter le plan de coûts final aux parties prenantes internes et externes. - Contribuer aux études de faisabilité et rédiger des rapports détaillés sur les stratégies d'approvisionnement. - Piloter les procédures d'appel d'offres et de contractualisation, y compris la préqualification et l'analyse des offres. - Préparer le Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) et rédiger les recommandations (ACT). - Assurer une gestion proactive des écarts budgétaires post-contractuels, y compris les travaux modificatifs et le suivi des aléas. - Superviser les audits de coûts et évaluations financières sur des projets complexes. - Participer aux démarches de value engineering pour optimiser la performance économique des projets. - Maintenir une communication fluide avec le client et les consultants tout au long du cycle de vie du projet. - Encadrer, le cas échéant, une équipe dédiée à la gestion des coûts.
