Visitez notre site www.ms-group.fr Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients évoluant dans le secteur de la santé et des technologies médicales, nous recherchons un(e) HR Business Partner Senior pour accompagner une population d'environ 200 collaborateurs, au sein d'un environnement international (France & Europe du Nord). Cette mission s'inscrit dans un contexte de transformation organisationnelle, nécessitant une forte proximité avec les managers et une posture de partenaire business. Rattaché(e) à une HR Leader régionale, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement des managers, l'amélioration de l'expérience collaborateur et le soutien des transformations organisationnelles. Vos missions principales Accompagnement RH de proximité auprès des managers et des collaborateurs sur l'ensemble des sujets RH Construction et maintien de relations de confiance avec les leaders et parties prenantes Conseil, coaching et support des managers sur les problématiques liées au cycle de vie collaborateur Contribution active aux projets de transformation et de change management (communication, accompagnement, transition) Déploiement et application de pratiques RH alignées avec les standards internationaux Support aux cycles annuels de performance : objectifs, évaluations, calibrations Collaboration étroite avec les équipes Talent Acquisition pour l'attraction et la rétention des talents Contribution aux sujets d'organisation, de développement des compétences et d'engagement collaborateurs Utilisation des données et indicateurs RH pour analyser l'efficacité organisationnelle et recommander des actions Veille et conformité au droit du travail, aux politiques internes et aux exigences réglementaires Indispensable : Bac +3 minimum 5 ans d'expérience minimum en RH généraliste / HR Business Partner Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement international Aisance dans le conseil, l'accompagnement managérial et la prise de décision Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication, d'influence et de coaching Solide expérience de travail en partenariat étroit avec des managers et leaders business Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes, en transformation Forte capacité d'analyse et prise de décision basée sur la donnée Anglais professionnel courant indispensable Apprécié : Expérience dans les secteurs santé, dispositifs médicaux, technologie ou industrie Bonne maîtrise des sujets talent management, engagement et développement des compétences Connaissance d'un SIRH (type Workday)
