Basée en plein coeur de Paris, notre entreprise se développe rapidement sur le marché européen. Nous travaillons à offrir des services sécurisés et efficaces à nos clients. Le département des opérations recrute un(e) Implementation Project Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe Customer Success et soutenir notre expansion. Le but est d'accompagner l'onboarding de nouveaux agents et clients. Rejoignez-nous pour une mission de 8 mois et contribuez activement à notre croissance. Missions principales : - Gérer le projet d'implémentation des solutions de paiement pour un portefeuille de 4 à 5 clients. - Garantir le suivi des jalons projet, le respect du planning et assurer la communication avec toutes les parties prenantes. - Structurer et optimiser les procédures internes et externes pour plus d'efficacité. - Evaluer la maturité du client pour préparer la mise en production. Missions annexes : - Participer à l'amélioration continue du service offert par l'entreprise. - Contribuer aux discussions techniques pour optimiser les résultats des projets. Profil du candidat - Expérience de 4 à 5 ans minimum en implémentation de solutions SaaS dans un environnement de scale-up. - Solide compréhension des environnements financiers et bancaires. - Anglais professionnel requis - Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et sens prononcé de la gestion de projet. Description de lentreprise Stack technique Compétences techniques requises : - Maîtrise du langage SQL pour le requêtage de données. - Compétence avérée dans l'utilisation d'APIs. Environnement technique global : - Hébergement sur AWS en mode serverless. - Collaboration étroite avec les équipes de développement internes.
