Contexte de mission : Pour un acteur majeur du retail et de la distribution omnicanale, nous recherchons un Demand Planning Manager pour piloter la prévision des ventes et la stratégie de stock, dans un environnement à forts enjeux business et opérationnels. Objectifs de la mission : Sécuriser la disponibilité produit, optimiser les niveaux de stock, fiabiliser les prévisions et aligner l'ensemble des équipes autour d'un process S&OP robuste, en lien direct avec la Direction. Périmètre d'intervention : - Management et montée en compétences d'une équipe Demand Planning - Élaboration et pilotage du budget de stock, reporting auprès de la Direction - Construction et amélioration des prévisions court, moyen et long terme - Analyse des écarts prévisions vs ventes et ajustement des modèles - Coordination du processus S&OP avec les équipes commerce, marketing, offre, supply chain - Optimisation des stocks pour limiter ruptures et surstocks - Mise en place d'indicateurs de performance, précision des prévisions, taux de service, couverture de stock Environnement et outils : Excel avancé, outils de prévision type Colibri appréciés, environnement data riche et structuré Profil recherché : - Expérience confirmée en demand planning dans un contexte retail ou distribution omnicanale - Management d'équipes cadres et leadership reconnu - Forte capacité analytique et vision business - Aisance dans les environnements transverses et exposés Direction - Anglais professionnel
