For more information, please visit www.ltimindtree.com.About the RoleAs an SAP S/4HANA Executive Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to C-suite executives, advising on enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives with SAP S/4HANA at the heart. You will leverage deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end functional processes, the thoughtful application of AI, as well as a strong understanding of best-of-breed cloud-native applications and their role in the modern enterprise landscape. You will coach and mentor teams, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires exceptional soft skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to deliver results in complex, multicultural environments across Europe. You will also contribute to business development, growth strategy, and partner ecosystem collaboration.ResponsibilitiesStrategic transformation leadership: The role involves partnering with C-suite executives to drive enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation strategies, integrating cloud-native applications, and optimizing business processes across multiple domains to realize impactful business benefits.Client and team engagement: Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across Europe, mentoring and coaching project teams, and leading by example to ensure successful project delivery in multicultural environments.Business development and delivery: The consultant will contribute to business growth through proposal development, defining growth strategies, pursuing new opportunities, and overseeing complex SAP S/4HANA program delivery with 30 to 50% travel across Europe.QualificationsMinimum 15+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on S/4HANA and enterprise transformation.Proven track record of partnering with C-suite executives and advising on large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and how SAP S/4HANA enables digital transformation.Experience with best-of-breed cloud-native applications and their integration with SAP.Demonstrated success in business development, growth strategy, and partner collaboration.Strong knowledge of European business culture and practices.Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field; SAP Certification preferred.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, experience in leading high-impact transformation programs, cloud-native applications, business development, and multicultural team engagement.Benefits packageExcellent salary package, flexible working, learning, development and professional growth opportunities, collaborative, diverse and inclusive work environment.#SAP #sapHana #sapS4 #sapS4Hana #SAPEnterpriseTransformation #CloudNativeApplications #SAPBusinessDevelopment #sapExecutiveConsultant
