LG Electronics VS is a leading system supplier in the fields of in-vehicle infotainment, telematics and electrification.LG –Innovation Partner for Vehicle Electrification - Infotainment / Connectivity / Intelligent Driving / SoftwarePLEASE NOTE: Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking partners at LG VS in France.Office Administrator (m/f/d) – Limited Contract through 3rd partyYour Tasks:Office Operations & EnvironmentManage office supplies and consumablesOversee office assets (It equipment, furniture) and inventory Ensure facility maintenance and repairsCoordinate facilities and environment improvementHandling mail, parcels, and reception (including visitor greeting and coordination)AdministrationProcess invoices and expensesManage office contacts (insurance, internet, rent) Maintain records and compliance documentationBudget & ReportingTrack office budgets and simple accounting tasksVendor ManagementCoordinate with suppliers for cleaning, insurance, and maintenanceEmployee SupportSupport Organizing meeting/eventsAssist foreign staff with relocation, translations, and daily needsVehicle ManagementHandle test vehicle insurance, plates, schedules, maintenance, and reportingCompliance & SecurityEnsure GDPR adherence, office security, and emergency protocolsStrategic CoordinationCollaborate with HR, legal, and accounting teamsYour Profile:Able to commute to Guyancourt (Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines) without issue and support Toulouse office remotely.Fluent in English and French; Korean language would be nice to haveExperience in office administration or similar roles; practical problem-solving skillsPositive, proactive, and service-minded, with interest in improving the office environment and supporting employeesComfortable working in an international context and collaborating with Korean and French teamsOpen to occasional domestic and international travelPlease send us your complete application documents including earliest start date and salary expectations to vseurecruiting@lge.comWe look forward to hearing from you
