Join our 150,000 Associates in creating the world we want tomorrow.Role OverviewAs the Technical Product Owner for the Order Management System (OMS) within the EOS program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering, and evolving OMS capabilities for Mars Petcare. Reporting to the OMS Senior Lead, you will act as the product champion, driving technical analysis, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a flexible, scalable OMS product that meets both global and local business needs.This role is designed to grow into an OMS Architect position, offering a unique opportunity to influence product strategy, architecture, and innovation across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Vision: Own the technical product roadmap for OMS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for the OMS product.Solution Design & Architecture: Lead and support the technical design and architecture of the OMS template, ensuring robust integration with related systems (e.g., Webshop, CRM, Pricing, SAP S/4). Drive the evolution of OMS architecture, focusing on scalability, flexibility, and future-proofing.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and align technical teams, including OMS Functional & Delivery teams, SAP S/4 Order to Cash, and system integrators, to deliver cohesive product solutions. Collaborate with Global and Local Business Leads (GPO/BPO), Enterprise Architecture, and other Mars DT teams to manage dependencies and ensure product coherence.Deployment & Rollout: Actively support deployment teams in rolling out the OMS product to new markets, ensuring successful adoption and integration. Participate in solution design sessions and manage technical touchpoints across the enterprise landscape.Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of OMS development strategies and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation in the product.
