You will contribute to the development of vehicle components while working closely with suppliers and cross-functional automotive teams.Develop and document automotive EE components (ECU peripherals, sensors, actuators, power or signal components)Perform basic simulations and technical analyses to support design choicesDefine and formalize technical requirements and specifications for suppliersInterface with suppliers and coordinate technical activitiesSupport component evaluation, testing, and selectionWork closely with vehicle, system, quality, purchasing, and product teamsContribute to the product and component roadmap in line with automotive constraints (quality, cost, delivery)| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU ?Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (INSA or equivalent)2 to 3 years of experience (internships or apprenticeships in automotive or industrial environments are a plus)Solid fundamentals in electronics with the ability to apply them to automotive productsFamiliar with working in highly process-driven and regulated environmentsStrong communication skills, rigor, and a collaborative mindsetProfessional English required (international context)| WHAT IS EMPLOYENEURSHIP?Employeneurship is built around five key pillars:Job security: Enjoy a permanent employment contract, ensuring stability and security.Full transparency: Know your financial value and benefit individually from a share of the profits generated.Personalized coaching: Receive individual coaching designed to develop your entrepreneurial skills.Competence cells: Access a strong, meaningful, and relevant professional network.Entrepreneurial lab: A playground for new ideas and a potential launchpad for startups.
