We help financial institutions in 15 countries to innovate, scale, and deliver superior banking experiences to millions of end-customers.At Skaleet, we thrive on collaboration, creativity, and a shared passion for redefining the future of banking.Join us in our journey to transform the financial industry We are constantly looking for talented individuals to help us continue developing our solution and achieve our goals : free European banks and fintechs from legacy core banking systems, so they can finally deliver modern, modular, real-time banking experiences, without compromising on compliance or robustness.Our ambition is to build the pan-European leader in modern Core Banking.Over the next five years, our ambition is to become the platform of choice for European financial institutions to:modernize their infrastructurescale their operationsrapidly launch new banking services[Job Description]ContextAs a Product Manager, you will join the Product team, and will have the opportunity to coordinate the entire product evolution lifecycle: risk assessment, technical feasibility, identification, and monitoring of implementation in collaboration with all internal stakeholders.Your future missionsAcquire in-depth knowledge of the products and customer experience, identify and address gaps, and generate new ideas to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.Develop the product roadmap by integrating customer, market, and technical requirements, translating the product strategy into detailed specifications and prototypes based on the impact on the business and customers.Manage and structure a "squad" to ensure the rapid market launch of new features.Participate in the design and drafting of commercial proposals, providing technical support to the sales team when necessary.Deliver functional and technical presentations of the solutions offered, particularly during the launch of new versions.[Desired Profile] You are a great match if : Education: Master's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.Experience: minimum of 4 years ideally in a fintech or a bank as a Product Manager.Familiarity with SaaS solutions for financial institutions and a deep understanding of APIs and modern technology stacksLanguages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.
