Sales Operations ManagerLocation: Paris, France (Hybrid) Experience: 2–6 years Industry: B2B SaaS | Startup EnvironmentAbout the RoleWe're partnering with our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how industrial organizations plan and manage their operations. As the company continues to scale its go-to-market motion, they are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, insight, and operational excellence to a growing sales team.This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue, and Operations. You'll play a critical role in building scalable processes, improving data quality, and enabling sales leadership with the insights needed to drive predictable growth.What You'll Be DoingOwn and optimize sales processes across the full funnel (lead → close → expansion)Manage and improve CRM usage, data integrity, and reportingBuild and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs for sales leadershipPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on pipeline, targets, and performanceSupport territory planning, quota setting, and compensation trackingIdentify friction points in the sales process and implement scalable solutionsEvaluate, implement, and manage sales tools (CRM, enablement, analytics)Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership during a key growth phaseWhat They're Looking For2–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related rolePrior experience in a B2B SaaS company is requiredStartup experience is essential (comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change)Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsHands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and reporting toolsStrong communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindsetA builder mentality — you enjoy creating processes, not just running themWhy This RoleHigh-impact role with visibility across the entire go-to-market organizationOpportunity to build and shape sales operations from an early stageClose partnership with senior sales leadershipHybrid working model based in Paris
