Et si vous deveniez le/la pilote de la transformation digitale et de la simplification d'un groupe international en pleine croissance ?Nous recherchons un(e) Head of Digital & Simplification pour conduire l'ambition digitale de notre client, accélérer l'innovation et simplifier ses processus à l'échelle du groupe. Un rôle clé pour façonner l'avenir de nos modes de travail et renforcer notre compétitivité Vos défis ?Conduire le changement avec impact : Élaborer et déployer des stratégies pour ancrer une culture digitale collaborative, en accélérant notamment l'adoption des outils modernes (Google Workspace, etc.).Innover avec l'IA : Identifier et piloter des projets stratégiques (automatisation, analyse prédictive, etc.), tout en démocratisant l'IA auprès des équipes via des ateliers et formations.Structurer et valoriser les données : Piloter la qualité et l'automatisation des données extra-financières pour répondre aux enjeux de reporting (CSRD, Taxonomie...).Simplifier et digitaliser les processus : Réinventer les pratiques métiers avec des solutions centrées utilisateur, en adoptant une approche Agile (POC, MVP, déploiement progressif).Manager une équipe d'experts et collaborer transversalement avec les équipes IT et métiers (Commerce, RH, Finance, RSE...), ainsi qu'avec les filiales à l'international.Votre profil ?Leader inspirant, passionné(e) par la transformation digitale et l'amélioration continue.Expérience confirmée en conduite du changement, gestion de projets digitaux et simplification de processus.Maîtrise des méthodes Agile, Design Thinking et enjeux de gouvernance des données.Capacité à mobiliser des équipes multiculturelles et à fédérer autour d'une vision commune.Connaissance des technologies IA et de leur potentiel business.Bilingue français/anglais (autres langues un plus). Poste basé en région parisienne à Roissy (95) (accès RER B) – Télétravail 2j/semaine – Déplacements en France et à l'international.
