Head of Sales – Consumer Electronics/ Home AppliancesA leading home appliance brand is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/ Head of Sales in France to drive expansion across electrical retailers, DIY chains and etailers. With a strong reputation for high-quality products and significant investment in product development, the company has seen rapid growth, with European markets showing the fastest increase.We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Head of Sales/ Business Development Manager [retail accounts] to strengthen our client's retail distribution and accelerate sales growth. There is currently no business/accounts in France and this is a key market for the brand and business.This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and growth-focused team in a company that prides itself on its positive working environment, where employees enjoy long and fulfilling careers.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategy to grow revenue through improved retail distribution across FranceLead all French sales operationsBuild and strengthen relationships with key retailers to expand brand presence.Work closely with the product development team to align future innovations with sales channels.Leverage marketplaces strategically to support growth initiatives.Once the business has been won/ accounts have been opened, this person will be responsible for managing those accounts.Key Skills & ExperienceProven track record in developing retail distribution and relationships across FranceStrong experience managing sales in consumer electronics or small domestic appliancesExpertise in French retail markets, with a deep understanding of how marketplaces fit into the landscape.Fluent in English and French.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience of developing and managing retailer relationships in FranceSelf-starter with strong motivation and leadership qualities.As there is currently no business in France we need someone who is happy to do business development to grow the national retailer business for this brandBased in FrancePackage & BenefitsCompetitive salary up to €90 000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).This is a rare opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing business, shaping its expansion across Europe while working in a supportive and ambitious environment.If you have the expertise and drive to make a lasting impact, apply today
