You'll bring your A-game with an active requirements load while elevating a team of 3 talented Talent Partners.What You'll Own:Hands-On Recruitment ExcellenceLead and close a direct recruitment workload in the tech/engineering spacePartner directly with hiring stakeholders to understand deep technical talent requirementsIdentify, engage, and convert top-tier engineering and technical talentOwn the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptanceTeam Leadership & MentorshipGuide and support 3 Talent Partners in their development and execution, in partnership with the Solutions DirectorCoach the team on stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing techniquesFoster a collaborative, high-performance team cultureDrive continuous improvement in recruitment quality and process efficiencyStrategic Data & InsightsIn partnership with the Solutions Director, own and drive the data & insights reporting cadenceDevelop and communicate key recruitment metrics and insights to leadershipTranslate data into actionable improvements for the hiring processPresent talent market insights and recruitment trends to stakeholder leadershipStakeholder Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain senior stakeholder relationships with key hiring leadersPartner with the Solutions Director on strategic account and stakeholder managementEnsure exceptional communication and alignment across the client landscapeIdentify expansion opportunities within existing relationshipsAbout YouEssential:Minimum 4-5 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor roleProven track record recruiting for tech/engineering roles (software engineers, technical leads, Product, QA etc.)Strong hands-on recruitment skills: sourcing, screening, assessment, and closing abilityExperience mentoring and developing TA professionalsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in both French and English (C-level CEFR proficiency)Highly Valued:Experience working on ambitious, growth-stage recruitment projectsFamiliarity with recruitment analytics and reportingTrack record of building scalable TA processesExperience with technical interviewing or assessment methodologiesThe Team You'll JoinYou'll work closely with a Solutions Director and your 3-person Talent Partner team, serving a client focused on building world-class tech and engineering teams.
