As we continue to expand our Investment Funds practice in Paris, we are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Associate to join our dynamic team.Your role:· Advise sponsors, managers and institutional investors on Luxembourg alternative investment funds across strategies such as private equity, real estate, private debt and venture capital. fund structuring and formation matters from launch to closing. Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation including LPAs, PPMs, subscription documents, management agreements, service provider agreements and side letters.investor due diligence and negotiations.Contribute to business development activities, including participating in client pitches and presentations.Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff.Your profile:· You hold a law degree (Master 2 minimum) and have 3 to 5 years' experience in Alternative Investment Funds within a law firm· You are admitted to the Luxembourg, French bar or another European Bar· Strong drafting and negotiation skills, high attention to detail and sound judgement · Team player with excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset You are fluent in English and FrenchWe offer:· To work within a multicultural, diverse, collaborative, pleasant and dynamic environment· A challenging and intellectually stimulating role within a renowned organisation· The ability to work and interact with a wide variety of specialists who are based in Luxembourg, Paris, Hong Kong & New York· Opportunity to broaden your skills and knowledge through internal trainings, seminars and conferences· A competitive package with attractive benefits and advantages
