NeithWork, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, accompagne les entreprises industrielles et internationales dans leurs recrutements en France. Dans ce cadre, l'un de nos clients, acteur industriel de dimension internationale, nous a mandaté pour l'accompagner dans le recrutement d'un Customer Service Coordinator H/F, en CDI, pour son site basé à Rueil-Malmaison. Rattaché(e) au Customer Service Manager, vous participez activement au bon fonctionnement du service client et jouez un rôle clé dans la relation avec les clients, tant au niveau national qu'international. À ce titre, vos principales missions sont : - Assurer la gestion des contacts clients (téléphone, e-mail, etc.) - Traiter les commandes clients, incluant la facturation - Enregistrer et suivre les réclamations clients via un outil dédié (CRM) - Faire l'interface entre les clients et les services internes (Logistique, Finance, etc.) afin d'optimiser la satisfaction client - Répondre aux demandes clients : informations, documentation, suivi des dossiers Les clients sont européens et internationaux, nécessitant une interaction régulière en anglais. Profil recherché - Formation Bac 2 / Bac 3 en commerce international ou équivalent - Une expérience d'environ 5 ans sur un poste similaire est appréciée - Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service client - Anglais courant indispensable ; une autre langue serait un plus - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment SAP - Rigueur, organisation et capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant
