This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Support & Customer Services Coordinator to join an international, passionate, fast-paced operations environment providing world class support of our millions of customers and qualifications in Europe around the world

**About the role**

You will support the Customer Service function in West Europe, Iberia & Italy, in four key areas: Exam & Test Delivery, Channel Partner Support, Quality Assurance & Compliance and Sales Support.
- To provide support and training to our channel partners for the end-to-end delivery of exams and tests while using our ticketing system to respond to customer queries within agreed SLAs
- To monitor quality assurance and compliance in all aspects of exam delivery to ensure full adherence to our regulations and improvement to compliance levels where necessary
- To work in collaboration with various teams in the deployment of bespoke projects and our customer-focused strategy, leading to higher revenue, excellent customer experience and customer loyalty.

**About you**

As our next**Account Support & Customer Services Coordinator, you'll need to have experience providing high-quality customer services. You'll also have diplomacy and attention to detail with the ability to deal effectively with delicate situations in a calm manner, to manage customer expectations professionally, to prioritise workload efficiently and work to deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (at least CEFR C1 level both in French and in English)
