We raised with top tier VCs and we are tackling the biggest materials challenges of the century, solving the mineral crisis threatening the energy transition.About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our GTM team. You'll play a crucial role in accelerating our commercial growth by supporting strategic initiatives across business development and project management. This position offers exceptional exposure to deep-tech commercialization, working directly with our GTM lead and interacting with senior executives from leading companies.Key Responsibilities- Strategic Communications & ProposalsDevelop compelling presentations and tailored proposals for enterprise clientsCreate and maintain proposal templates, financial models, and supporting documentationCraft materials for meetings and partnership opportunities- Market Intelligence & AnalysisConduct deep-dive analyses on target companies and partnership opportunitiesSupport market mapping initiativesResearch and map ecosystem opportunities including events, academic partnerships, and industry competitionsMaintain and update our market analysis frameworks- Project & Operations ManagementSupport project management for partnership engagementsMaintain project tracking systems and coordinate partner reportingTrack KPIs, maintain CRM, and generate monthly performance reportsIdentify process improvements and operational bottlenecksWhat we're looking forExcellent written and visual communication skillsStrong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detailSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environmentInterest in deep tech, materials science, and industrial innovationCurrently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, engineering, or related fieldFluent in English and FrenchFrench working visa or EU citizenshipNice to havePrevious experience in consulting, startups, or B2B environmentsExperience with CRM systems and project management toolsTechnical backgroundWhy join usYou will work on solving a generational problem along with a world-class team, in a fast-paced, fascinating environment.
