As a member of our Operations Excellence team, you will have access to a wealth of learning and development resources. The primary objective of this team is to ensure exceptional performance across all departments, from daily tasks and overall processes to the technologies and tools utilized, and strategic decision-making. We strive to empower teams to deliver value more efficiently. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely to achieve the department's goals. We will support you throughout your learning journey while also encouraging autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of your projects and contributions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operations of a thriving, expanding company and play a crucial part in the success of other key functions. As Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our operations team's success and work closely with our international sales department. **As such, your main responsibilities will be**: - Collaborating with the Ops Managers to identify the needs of our teams, including data, tools, and processes, to help us achieve our business objectives - Taking an active role in the day-to-day management of our CRM database (HubSpot), including data entry and updates - Ensuring that our CRM system maintains compliance, consistency, and data validity through diligent oversight - Implementing data governance practices to uphold data accuracy and integrity - Developing user-friendly training materials and documentation to support effective tool usage - Keeping user guides and best practice documentation current and easily accessible - Providing technical support to users by answering questions, resolving problems, and proposing suitable solutions **What we’re looking for**: - A passion for technology and curiosity about discovering and automating processes - Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Empathy and active listening skills, enabling effective communication with diverse teams - Familiarity with Excel - Prior experience with CRM systems and automation tools like Make or Zapier is a major plus - Proficiency in English - Ready to embark on a 6 months internship **Why us?** - A great diverse and international team based in Paris (30+ nationalities) - Impact and ownership mindset: at Echo we encourage everyone to take ownership of their projects - People first company: without our people we have no business, we have dedicated a People Manifesto to them - A contemporary office space in central Paris with a rooftop to admire the view - Hybrid remote policy - Free coffee, snacks on top of your lunch voucher card (Swile, 10€/ working day) - We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin, disabilities, or any other traits that make you who you are._
