Senior AI Product Manager – Nexus Shopping AgentAt Mirakl, we are building the future of commerce through an Agentic Commerce OS, where intelligent agents can search, reason, negotiate, and execute buying tasks across global e-commerce environments. The Nexus Shopping Agent is our Shopper-facing agent, helping shoppers find the right products, compare options, and complete complex purchases through natural language, voice or images.We're hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the Nexus Shopping Agent across shopping, ads, and after-sales flows. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, retrieval systems, product data, multimodal AI, and e-commerce UX, ensuring the agent delivers accurate, trustworthy, high-impact shopper experiences across the full lifecycle. This is a hands-on role within the Nexus Product Team, focused on shaping the agent's intelligence, behaviors, integrations, and front-/back-end capabilities.What you will do Design end-to-end agent experiences across shopping, ads & after-salesUnderstand B2C/B2B user needs across search, discovery, comparison, sponsored content, and post-purchase supportDefine agent reasoning, conversational flows, and multimodal interactions for the full buyer journey Own the roadmap & deliver AI-powered product featuresLead the roadmap for the Nexus Shopping Agent across shopping, ads, and after-salesWrite clear specs (prompts, retrieval logic, APIs, UI flows) and drive execution with engineering, AI research & data science Shape and improve the agentic architectureDefine how the agent uses LLMs, structured product data, sponsored listings, and e-commerce rulesContribute to retrieval/ranking pipelines and integrate core workflows (carting, eligibility, returns, order queries) Build dashboards, monitoring & feedback systemsDeliver customer-facing dashboards and configuration UI to visualize, tune, and monitor agent behaviorImplement evaluation frameworks, quality monitoring, and feedback loops Drive adoption & cross-functional collaborationPartner with PMM, CS & SE to create demos, training, and onboarding for customers adopting agentic experiencesCollaborate across Nexus, Search, Catalog Transformer, Connect, Ads & After-Sales teamsSupport early customers and promote the Nexus Shopping Agent internally and externallyWho you are5+ years of Product Management experience in AI productsStrong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompting, structured reasoning, and retrieval systemsExperience with AI/ML teams on model evaluation, tuning, and reliability monitoringStrong familiarity with e-commerce, shopping flows, ads systems, or after-sales workflowsComfortable writing specs for AI logic, conversational flows, ranking rules, APIs, data pipelines, and front-end configuration toolsAnalytical, experimentation-driven mindsetFluent in English and French Location: Paris, Bordeaux, or Remote (France)Interview ProcessA 40-minute call with one of our Tech Recruiters to discuss your background, expectations, and what Mirakl can offerA 30-minute interview with Anne-Claire, our Chief Data & AI Officer, to dive into your vision and alignment with our AI strategyA one-hour technical interview with our Data Science Manager to assess your expertise and how your skills can accelerate our AI initiativesTwo 45-minute interviews with our Engineering Manager and Product Lead to evaluate collaboration style, mindset, and culture fit We welcome collaborators with their diverse perspectives and experiences to power us forward.
