Backed by major industry players, the business is scaling rapidly and building high-performing commercial teams to support its continued growth in France.About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be part of the EV Sales-Ready team, focused on driving conversion from warm leads and pushing installation proposals over the line.This is a junior, high-energy sales role suited to someone early in their career who is confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and keen to build experience in the EV and cleantech space. You'll engage customers who have already shown interest and work to move them from proposal to confirmed installation.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively contact warm and qualified leads via phone and emailFollow up on installation proposals and quotes to drive conversionAnswer basic customer questions around pricing, timelines, and next stepsRe-engage stalled opportunities and progress them toward closeMaintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRMWork closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth handover post-saleConsistently work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsWhat We're Looking ForFluent French with good working English0–2 years' experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing rolesConfident and persuasive communicator, especially on the phoneTarget-driven, resilient, and proactiveStrong organisational skills and attention to detailInterest in EVs, sustainability, or cleantech is a plusWork EnvironmentYou'll join a fast-paced commercial team with structured training, clear KPIs, and strong support.
