About the Role

As an
Inside Sales Executive
, you'll be part of the
EV Sales-Ready team
, focused on
driving conversion
from warm leads and
pushing installation proposals over the line
.

This is a
junior, high-energy sales role
suited to someone early in their career who is confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and keen to build experience in the EV and cleantech space. You'll engage customers who have already shown interest and work to move them from proposal to confirmed installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact
    warm and qualified leads
    via phone and email
  • Follow up on
    installation proposals and quotes
    to drive conversion
  • Answer basic customer questions around pricing, timelines, and next steps
  • Re-engage stalled opportunities and progress them toward close
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
  • Consistently work towards
    daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent
    French
    with good working
    English
  • 0–2 years' experience in
    inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles
  • Confident and persuasive communicator, especially on the phone
  • Target-driven, resilient, and proactive
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in
    EVs, sustainability, or cleantech
    is a plus

Work Environment

You'll join a fast-paced commercial team with structured training, clear KPIs, and strong support. The role offers
hybrid or remote flexibility
depending on location.
