Aperçu du posteOtis recrute chaque année plus d'une centaine d'alternants. Dans le cadre du lancement de sa campagne, Otis recherche deux stagiaires (H/F) pour intégrer son service Talent Acquisition.La finalité du poste est le pilotage de la campagne d'alternance 2026 pour les profils techniques (techniciens ascensoristes) et métiers support.Stage de 6/7 mois basé au siège d'Otis (92), de mars à septembre 2026.Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :Piloter la campagne d'alternance : définition des besoins avec les RRH et les managers, diffusion des annonces, sourcing, entretiens de préqualification, suivi du volume d'embauchesApporter du support aux managers dans l'utilisation de notre SIRHLe profil recherchéCe dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :Vous êtes actuellement engagé(e) au sein d'un cursus Bac +5 en Ressources HumainesIdéalement, vous comptabilisez une première expérience (stage ou alternance) dans le domaine du recrutementVotre niveau d'anglais est opérationnel (B2 minimum)Organisé et polyvalent, vous êtes en mesure de traiter plusieurs sujets à la fois et de prioriser vos tâchesUne appétence pour le monde industriel et les profils techniques serait un plus.Quels sont les avantages ?Indemnité de stageAccès au restaurant d'entrepriseOpportunités de carrièrePostulez dès à présent et construisez l'avenir
