Paris Area (Clichy) | European Scope | Sustainability & Electric MobilityContract type: CDI, Freelance, portageDuration: 12 months minimumStart date: February 16, 2026Travel: 10–15% across EuropeSalary : 50-70K regarding the level of experienceMake an impact on Europe's electric futureOur client is accelerating its transition toward low-carbon logistics and is expanding its Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure across Europe.We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to play a key role in delivering this transformation on the ground.If you enjoy coordinating complex projects, working with international stakeholders, and ensuring things actually happen — this role is for you.Your missionYou will support the rollout of EV charging point installations across multiple European sites, acting as the glue between procurement, vendors, contractors, execution teams, and safety stakeholders.Your focus?Making sure the right equipment arrives at the right timeEnsuring contractors are fully compliant and ready to workKeeping projects moving, safely and efficientlyWhat you will do :Supply Chain & Logistics CoordinationTrack delivery schedules for key EV infrastructure equipment (HV substations, AC & DC chargers)Coordinate closely with suppliers after Purchase Order issuanceAnticipate and escalate delivery risks or delays before they become problemsMaintain clear, centralized tracking of orders, deliveries, and site readinessAlign procurement timelines with on-site execution plansContractor Compliance & Safety (Avetta)Own the end-to-end contractor compliance process via Avetta WorkSite SafetyEnsure suppliers and workers meet all compliance, safety, and regulatory requirementsManage work requests, RAMS submissions, permits, and site inductionsAct as a key interface between Procurement, EHS teams, and external contractorsKeep compliance documentation clean, complete, and audit-readyProject CoordinationSupport cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partnersTrack milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple sitesProvide clear status updates on logistics, compliance, and project progressSupport site access and permit-to-work processesWhat we're looking for :Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or similar3–5 years' experience in project coordination, supply chain, or contractor managementFluent English (additional European languages are a strong plus)Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong skills in Excel, Microsoft Project, and project tracking toolsExperience with compliance platforms (Avetta is a big plus)Clear communicator, structured thinker, and proactive problem solverNice to haveExperience in electrical infrastructure, construction, or EV-related projectsFamiliarity with safety and contractor compliance processesExperience working on multi-site or international programsWhy join this project?Work on high-visibility sustainability initiatives with real environmental impactGain exposure to pan-European infrastructure programsCollaborate with diverse, international teamsBe part of a project where coordination, structure, and anticipation truly matter
