This is not an administrative role; it is a high-impact blend of Strategy Consulting and Operational Execution.You will work directly with the Founder to operationalize the vision for 2026. You will take "napkin ideas" and turn them into structured, scalable project milestones.What You Will Deliver:External Consulting Delivery: Support the execution of high-stakes mandates for our institutional partners. You will help structure deliverables, conduct market analysis, and prepare steering committee-level presentations for our B2B consulting engagements.Strategic Project Management: Own the roadmap for key internal launches (Fellowship, Podcast, Events). You will break down complex goals into weekly execution plans and ensure deadlines are met with precision.Operational Excellence: Build the "back office" infrastructure. From client onboarding flows to CRM management, you will create systems that allow the business to scale without friction.Market Intelligence & Content Strategy: Conduct research to support the newsletter and podcast. You will help synthesize complex leadership concepts into clear, compelling materials for our high-level audience.Executive Leverage: Act as a thinking partner to the Founder. You understand the rigor required for top-tier business execution but are driven by a desire for autonomy and impact.Required Qualifications:Professional Background: Minimum 3–5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in Strategy Consulting or a strategic role within a high-growth tech environment.Communication: Native English fluency. You can create client-facing communications that are polished, empathetic, and professional.Work Style: Hyper-organized and autonomous. You do not need to be micromanaged; you identify what needs to be done and you do it.Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating project management tools, CRMs, and remote collaboration platforms.The "Right Fit" DNA:High Standards / Low Ego: You care about the details (formatting, tone, accuracy) because you know they matter to the brand, but you are happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.Structured Thinker: You see chaos and instinctively create order.The Arrangement We don't just "allow" flexibility; we require it for high performance.
