Overview

Jurnee orchestrates global team events for fast-growing companies like HiBob, Preply, and Dojo.

Our customers run hundreds of events each year across 75+ locations, using Jurnee as a system to manage them consistently.
We operate thousands of events yearly for distributed teams, supporting repeat usage across multiple offices and countries.

Founded by early Aircall employees and backed by UK VCs Angular Ventures and Founders Factory.

The Role

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you'll work directly with the founder on focused topics across operations systems, GTM, and finance/reporting. The role is analytical and hands-on. You'll go deep on a small number of problems, bring structure, test improvements, and help make the company easier to run and scale.

Responsibilities

Operation systems

  • Analyze existing workflows and tooling to identify friction and leverage
  • Improve structure, documentation, and automation where relevant
  • Define and track the right operational metrics

GTM

  • Analyze funnel and pipeline data
  • Support and test targeted GTM initiatives
  • Improve CRM usage, data quality, and reporting

Finance & Reporting

  • Build and maintain recurring reporting
  • Reconcile data across tools and flag inconsistencies
  • Support forecasting and decision-making with clear analyses

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B startups, VC, or similar fields
  • Comfortable with tools, spreadsheets, and data
  • Able to structure problems and work autonomously
  • Clear written and verbal communicator
  • Curious, rigorous, and practical
  • Fluent in English and French (non-negotiable)
