Product Manager, Spacecraft Operations - Onsite | Strasbourg - Space SoftwareWe're partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing space tech companies to find a Product Manager who can take charge of their Spacecraft Monitoring & Control product line, a flagship capability powering the future of satellite operations.If you've got deep experience in space mission ops and a passion for building products that make a real impact, this is a high-ownership role that combines strategy, leadership, and market-facing engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the vision, strategy, and roadmap for M&C capabilities within a modular space operations platformDrive discovery with users, partners, and internal teams to shape and refine featuresLead customer pilots, refine value props, and drive go-to-market planningCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver exceptional productsRepresent the company at major space events and in key client conversationsBalance product innovation with commercial viability and ROIKey RequirementsAt least 5 years' experience in the space industry, with hands-on exposure to spacecraft operations or ground softwareBackground across multiple space domains (e.g., LEO, launch, IOD, exploration)Solid grasp of the space software ecosystem, especially ground segment architecturesNatural product thinker, able to prioritise, iterate fast, and drive decisions from insightCommercial mindset motivated by impact, scale, and solving customer problemsConfident communicator across both technical and business audiencesFluent in English; based in (or ready to relocate to) StrasbourgYou'll be joining a scale-up on a mission to reshape how the space sector builds and operates its ground systems.
