To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, we are looking for an Maintenance Customer Support in order to join our Technical department.
AOG and Unscheduled Maintenance
Provide real-time technical support during AOG and unscheduled maintenance events
Communicate with clients, providing updates and obtaining cost approvals
Collaborate with OEMs and MROs to find timely solutions
Oversee troubleshooting, part orders, and shipping with technicians
Scheduled Maintenance
Lead project planning with clients, including upgrades and modifications
Negotiate quotes and compare maintenance proposals
Supervise maintenance progress and track costs
Provide regular client updates and ensure budget oversight
Conduct pre
- and post-maintenance inspections Oversee flight tests to ensure aircraft functionality Cost Control Control and negotiate additional work during maintenance Review and validate invoices to justify costs Ensure financial transparency by working with the assigned controller Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or hotline support Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, crew, OEMs, and MROs Detail-oriented with expertise in cost control and budgeting Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects, especially during AOG Flexible to work outside regular hours for urgent maintenance
